KIAMA WAVELL - CUSTOM NEW BUILD
Recently completed in December 2019, is this custom new home build in the much sort after suburb of Wavell Heights. Investwell worked with the clients & the building designer Concepts Unlimited on creating the initial design for the home as well as the demolition of the existing house. The brief from the client was to create a Hamptons style home with caravan store, large swimming pool and room for a cricket pitch. The home featured custom cabinetry throughout, Miele appliances and custom curtains.
